Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the enterprise transformation roadmap focusing on growth and digital reinvention.
• Oversee the implementation of AI-driven technologies across operations and customer experience.
• Establish and manage the Transformation Management Office to ensure initiative alignment and delivery.
