Jefferies Finance is seeking a Head of Valuations to lead valuation and pricing processes across its private credit platform. The role oversees monthly/quarterly private credit valuations for the direct lending business and manages monthly pricing for the broadly syndicated loan portfolio.

The successful candidate will bring strong private credit, leveraged finance, and valuation expertise, with the ability to maintain a rigorous, auditable valuation framework and partner with investment teams,

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of valuation, private credit, leveraged finance, asset management, or valuation advisory experience.
• Experience valuing private credit, direct lending, leveraged loans, or illiquid debt instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the valuation process for direct lending, illiquid credit, equities, warrants, and Level 3 assets.
• Coordinate with investment and portfolio teams on internal valuation models.
• Review third-party valuation assumptions including credit performance, market spreads, and recovery assumptions.
• Oversee monthly pricing for broadly syndicated loans and review vendor prices, broker quotes, and pricing anomalies.
• Maintain valuation policies, governance procedures, and documentation standards.
