Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Treasury execution across capital markets, Bitcoin ops, liquidity, and reporting.
• Oversee capital markets financing options, structure, pricing, and execution decisions.
• Manage Bitcoin custody strategy, controls, and reporting coordination.
• Coordinate treasury forecasting, cash management, and liquidity planning.
• Develop the Treasury team and drive process improvements and automation.
