Elios, Inc. in the Las Vegas area seeks a Chief Transformation Officer to be the CEO's right hand, driving value creation across pricing, AI, and cost discipline in a global TIC business serving a highly regulated industry.

This is an operating role, backed by a global private equity firm, with the founder-CEO remaining in place. You will lead pricing strategy for the testing, inspection, and certification portfolio, build the AI agenda to speed testing and decision-making, and mature processes

Formación

10–15+ years across operations, strategy or value creation.
Mix of operating experience and background in top-tier strategy consulting or private equity.
Experience in testing, inspection and certification or tech-enabled services.
Track record of pricing, cost and process improvements with measurable results.
Comfort working hands-on inside a founder-led business professionalizing for growth.
Fluency in how AI can transform a services operation.
Based in the Las Vegas area or willing to spend significant time there.

Responsabilidades

Act as the CEO's right hand on value creation priorities.
Lead pricing strategy and execution across the TIC portfolio.
Build the company's AI agenda to speed testing and decision-making.
Run cost-efficiency programs without disrupting client work.
Mature processes and operating rhythms for greater institutional rigor.
Partner with the deal team and board on the value creation plan and track progress.
