Position Overview

The CTO serves as the senior technology executive responsible for defining and executing the organization’s technology vision, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and support future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity, AI, cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
  • Create technology roadmaps that support growth, efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Evaluate technology investments based on business value, risk, and long-term sustainability.

Technology Operations
  • Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise systems, and end-user technologies.
  • Ensure technology services remain secure, reliable, scalable, and operationally efficient.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and operational excellence initiatives.
Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation
  • Lead strategy for CRM, ERP, contact center technologies, collaboration platforms, and core business applications.
  • Reduce technical debt while enhancing platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize workflows and operational effectiveness.
Data, AI & Innovation
  • Develop strategies for data governance, analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Build decision-support capabilities that improve business outcomes.
  • Identify innovative solutions that create measurable business value.
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Financial & Vendor Management
  • Manage technology budgets, investment planning, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee strategic vendor partnerships and service delivery performance.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional technology talent.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise technology organizations through growth and transformation.
  • Proven success developing technology strategy and managing large-scale technology operations.
  • Experience overseeing cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise applications, data initiatives, and customer-facing technologies.
  • Strong financial, operational, and organizational leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed service, retail, construction, consumer services, or field-based organizations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume sales and contact center environments.
  • Track record of leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI and automation solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Expertise with enterprise CRM, contact center, cloud, collaboration, and business application platforms.
