About InfoTrack

InfoTrack is a platform that seamlessly connects law firms to the courts and to the services that they need to litigate successfully. We're global leaders in legal technology with unparalleled expertise in forging integrations that can drastically improve the efficiency of law firms and the legal system.

As a highly ambitious company, we know that our people are critical to our success. That's why we're passionate about fostering a high-performance culture built on professional development, open communication, and transparent leadership. If you're smart, dedicated, and eager to help build a market-leading solution that makes a difference in the lives of our clients, join us.

About the Role

We are undertaking a major transformation of a multi-product, multi-platform environment into a unified, modern, and scalable architecture designed to support substantial future growth.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer who brings a blend of operational leadership and deep technical acumen, someone who has led large-scale engineering organizations, modernized complex legacy systems, and delivered enterprise-wide consolidation initiatives.

This is a hands‑on executive role for a builder‑operator with a passion for technical depth, disciplined execution, and organizational scale. The ideal candidate will elevate and expand a global engineering function while sustaining high standards of velocity, quality, security, and reliability.

As the Chief Technology Officer, you are responsible for providing sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business. It is required that you communicate with employees, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately. As CTO, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the organization’s technology strategy, and you will serve as a key member of the executive team. It is necessary that you are well‑versed in current technological trends and knowledgeable with a variety of business concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Own engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and platform operations across the group.
  • Lead consolidation of multiple platforms, legacy systems, and redundant architectures into a single scalable, secure foundation.
  • Drive AI transformation from the underlying platform: model hosting, orchestration, tooling, data pipelines, reliability.
  • Introduce high‑performance engineering operating models, with clear metrics, velocity, quality, and uptime standards.
  • Partner with the CEO, CPO, and P&L owners to execute high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Oversee risk, compliance, security posture, reliability, and enterprise‑grade architecture.
  • Hands‑on technical leadership - able to dive deep, debug, design, and mentor.
  • Re‑platforming and architectural modernization at scale.
  • Accelerate execution across engineering teams - reduce cycle times, unblock delivery, improve reliability.
  • Define target architecture for unified platforms.
  • Lead the integration, migration, or retirement of legacy systems.
  • Implement platform capabilities for AI and automation.
  • Establish global engineering practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and quality engineering.
  • Build a talent‑dense engineering culture with strong ICs and effective mid‑level management.
Qualifications
  • A hybrid operator–scaler and architect, grounded in practical execution rather than theory or academia.
  • Proven leadership of large‑scale engineering organizations (50‑100+ engineers).
  • Deep experience delivering major consolidation initiatives, including rationalizing redundant architectures, executing platform mergers, and driving legacy modernization.
  • Confident ownership of platform and infrastructure strategy, with a clear understanding of long‑term cost, risk, and scalability implications.
  • Experience building AI‑enabled platforms and integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale migrations, re‑platforming efforts, and cloud modernization programs.
  • Deeply technical, continuously learning, and comfortable engaging closely with code.
  • Hands‑on operator with a bias for action, iterative progress, and pragmatic delivery.
  • Collaborative, low‑ego leader skilled at driving cross‑functional alignment.
  • Experienced in scaling organizations significantly while preserving velocity, quality, and reliability.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to articulate complex architectural decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
