The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead a 120‑person engineering, infrastructure, and data science organization. You will modernise legacy architectures, champion the integration of production‑grade machine learning models, and ensure the platform adheres to stringent global healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning engineering output directly with overarching product and commercial business goals.
• Oversee the continuous evolution of a highly secure, distributed multi‑region cloud architecture capable of managing petabytes of sensitive data.
• Lead the transition toward modern microservices frameworks while aggressively reducing technical debt.
• Cultivate a progressive, high‑velocity engineering culture centered on agile methodologies, continuous deployment, and technical excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering) overseeing scale organizations of 80+ developers within a B2B SaaS framework.
• Direct experience handling data security standards within highly regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR).
• Deep technical foundations in cloud‑native architectures (AWS/Azure), modern distributed systems, and data engineering pipelines.
