Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience delivering large-scale technology programs in complex, regulated environments.
• Extensive experience delivering and operating mission-critical technology platforms within banking, capital markets, or similar regulated sectors.
• Strong technical expertise across system integration, distributed architectures, cloud, data, security, and operations.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale vendor ecosystems, technology investments, and modern engineering practices, leveraging automation and AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms, business segments, and vendor ecosystems, ensuring successful execution of complex, highly integrated technology programs.
• Own operational reliability and delivery outcomes for mission-critical systems in regulated financial services environments.
• Manage complex integrations and third-party dependencies, driving accountability for seamless execution and risk mitigation.
• Lead major incident management and recovery efforts, providing hands-on leadership during high-risk situations and driving systemic improvements.
• Drive engineering excellence and modern delivery practices, including SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and AI-enabled development approaches.
