Job summary
Joyce/Dayton Corp. seeks a visionary Vice President of Technology to drive IT strategy, digital transformation, AI governance, and data governance across the enterprise.
You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business goals, build a resilient IT backbone, and lead a skilled team through complex system implementations and security initiatives. You will own the AI framework, oversee risk, and steer budgeting and capital planning to enable responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with company-wide responsibility.
- Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, Windows Server environments, cybersecurity and data governance, business intelligence and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across all areas of the business.
- Establish and maintain the AI governance framework and risk standards.
- Develop annual and multi-year IT budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
- Own the enterprise data strategy and governance framework.
- Develop and enforce enterprise cybersecurity strategies and controls.
- Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing IT team.
