Job summary

Joyce/Dayton Corp. is seeking a Vice President of Technology to own enterprise IT strategy, lead digital transformation, and oversee AI governance aligned with business goals across the Kettering and Cincinnati regions.

The role will lead a team including the Director of Applied AI and Analytics, Network Administrator, and IT Support Technician, and will manage budgets, risk, security, and compliance while partnering with the CEO to drive responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations.
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible-use principles.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, cross-functional leadership, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all areas of the business.
• Establish and maintain the AI governance framework and AI risk & compliance standards.
• Develop annual and multi-year IT budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
