Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Chapel Hill, NC seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead digital initiatives and translate user needs into scalable solutions. You will collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Operations to align technology with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include wireframes, data flows, and deciding between in-house development or vendor configurations, while guiding solutions from concept to deployment and measuring success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management, software development, business analysis, technology implementation, or digital product development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner/Agile Product Management Certification preferred.
• Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job (e.g., accounting principles, software, healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication).
• Business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Vendor evaluation, vendor management, and build-versus-buy assessments.
• Product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
• Agile methodologies, user experience design, workflow analysis, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Meet with end users and stakeholders to translate pain points into clear business requirements.
• Design and build scalable product solutions, workflows, interfaces, and data flows.
• Produce wireframes, workflow diagrams, or prototypes to validate direction with stakeholders.
• Evaluate solutions for custom development vs. vendor configuration and make build recommendations.
• Build product features directly when hands-on development is efficient.
• Direct and oversee internal development and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations and leaders to meet security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Establish product success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, workflows, configurations, and vendor implementations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
