Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Experience with digital web and mobile products, architectures, and platforms.
• Knowledge of documentation methodologies (Visio, UML, etc.).
• Experience building e-commerce, CRM, web analytics assets.
• Strong software build principles.
• Experience with security technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and document client requirements by conducting regular meetings.
• Translate requirements from business and technical sources into build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling, etc.
• Collaborate with remote product and development teams across the SDLC to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
• Work with executives and department management across the organization.
• Research industry trends and develop technology recommendations for customers at all levels.
• Research and analyze competitive information to optimize product performance.
