Job summary

State Street seeks a Managing Director to lead Technology Process Mapping for Global Technology Services. You will standardize process views, map end-to-end processes, and drive improvement roadmaps across global delivery teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to reduce risk, simplify processes, and strengthen control effectiveness, while embedding new ways of working across a large, regulated tech organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading technology process transformation, process re-engineering, or risk-aligned remediation initiatives.
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level within regulated environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with process mapping and re-engineering methods such as BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Experience building process standards, governance models, and executive reporting for technology process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the GTS technology process mapping approach, including standards and tooling.
• Build and maintain end-to-end views of priority GTS processes and performance indicators.
• Lead a small team of process mapping professionals across two global locations.
• Design future-state processes and practical implementation roadmaps to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Establish measurable outcomes for process re-engineering efforts and governance routines.
