SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, seeks a Systems Engineering Executive Leader to define and drive the systems engineering strategy across its consumer products portfolio.

This executive will integrate product development, hardware, software, R&D, product management, design, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver innovative, high-quality appliances.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading complex multidisciplinary product development programs.
• Significant experience in consumer products, consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading large technical organizations and managing senior engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the systems engineering strategy across the portfolio.
• Build and lead a global systems engineering organization.
• Establish standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices across product categories.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from customer needs to verification and validation.
• Lead cross-functional technical governance throughout the product lifecycle.
