Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Systems Engineer/Architect Lead to act as the senior technical advisor for USMEPCOM ENLIST. The role focuses on enterprise network lifecycle, information support, and technology modernization across cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domains.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive DevSecOps adoption, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership while ensuring scalable, secure enterprise solutions aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of enterprise IT architecture and engineering experience.
• Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings to senior Government personnel.
• Designs enterprise architectures for cloud, networking, infrastructure modernization and systems integration.
• Familiarity with cloud security, RMF, DevSecOps, and DoD/DoD-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical advisor for enterprise systems engineering, architecture, and innovation.
• Design IT architectures supporting cloud, network, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop high-level designs, CONOPS, architecture docs, and SE artifacts.
• Lead enterprise systems integration across cloud, network, application, and security domains.
• Provide oversight for software development, modernization, and lifecycle management.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic recommendations for Government leadership.
• Identify emerging technologies and drive scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
