WSP USA seeks a Vice President, Structural Engineering to lead our Property & Buildings team in Dallas, TX. You will guide high-level structural design, manage multi-phase projects, and mentor engineers across disciplines to deliver safe, compliant, and innovative solutions.

Required are a PE license and 12+ years of relevant experience in structural/civil design, with strong leadership, communication, and BIM/ETABS proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering and a PE license are required or imminent.
• Extensive post-education experience in structural/civil design and rehabilitation projects.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills for complex analyses.
• Proficiency with structural software (ETABS, RAM) and BIM workflows.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams and stakeholders on major projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-level structural design for building and infrastructure projects.
• Manage multi-site due diligence, investigation, remediation, and construction phases.
• Develop construction plans, specs, and cost estimates with coordination across teams.
• Mentor engineers, supervise QA/QC, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, sub-consultants, and clients on design plans.
• Prepare technical reports, data visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.
