Job summary

Rhythm Energy, based in Houston, Texas, seeks a Head of Strategy & Corporate Development to partner with the CEO and exec team. You will shape medium- and long-term strategy, lead corporate development, and drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.

Qualifications

• Experience across strategy, corporate development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build business cases and investment memos.
• Comfort working with CEOs, boards, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corporate development, including target screening and diligence.
• Develop and communicate multi-year strategic plans with executive teams.
• Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Partner with CFO on valuation, capital structure, and deal economics.
• Own integration planning and value realization for major transactions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
