Qualifications

• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to turn budgets and forecasts into actionable plans.
• Comfort operating with limited oversight.
• Commercial instinct for deals and partnerships.
• Capable of learning quickly about energy markets and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own discrete strategic projects end to end from sizing to execution.
• Work across US energy landscape on opportunities as they emerge.
• Drive value from M&A activity and post-acquisition integration.
• Turn early-stage bets into repeatable operations.
• Collaborate with CFO on strategic finance and budgeting.
• Build unit economics and market structure understanding.
