Cyberjobs is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to guide enterprise strategy, physician workforce planning, and performance optimization in Raleigh, NC. The role requires translating complex data into executable recommendations for the CEO and SLT and collaborating across finance, operations, recruitment, scheduling, and HR to drive growth and efficiency.

The CSO will build physician staffing and compensation models, monitor contract performance with hospitals, and lead analytics initiatives

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.

• Partner with CEO and SLT to evaluate organizational priorities and opportunities.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Develop business cases and scenario models for growth, contracts, staffing, and restructuring.
• Evaluate financial and operational impact of initiatives and measure performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities requiring executive attention.
• Support enterprise planning and execution of major initiatives.
• Develop physician workforce models and staffing targets with leadership.
• Analyze physician schedules to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Model compensation structures and align with financial plans.
• Lead hospital contract performance reviews and reconciliations.
• Create dashboards and BI resources to provide actionable leadership insights.
• Analyze revenue-cycle performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic performance management and accountability across departments.
• Present analyses to the CEO, Board, and committees as needed.
