Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of work experience in a related discipline.

Excellent leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the consolidation and operationalization of distributed informatics, AI, and precision medicine capabilities into a unified enterprise structure.
Manage budgets, staffing, and enterprise-wide funding allocations for core priorities.
Coordinate with IT and leadership to develop a democratized clinical-research data platform.
Drive internal and external partnerships and faculty recruitment to scale impact.
Oversee multi-year investment plans and supervise staff across BSD and UCMC.
