Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Seller Risk to define strategy across onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing risk management. You will build AI-powered platforms to detect threats while enabling legitimate sellers to grow, balancing customer protection with seller growth at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area; 13+ years’ product management experience preferred.
• 15+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling marketplace/risk/trust products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year strategy for Seller Risk across onboarding, identity, lifecycle risk, decisioning, and enforcement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of Product leaders and Product Managers.
• Build intelligent, AI-powered risk platforms that detect bad actors earlier while reducing friction for trusted sellers.
• Advance continuous, predictive risk detection using machine learning, graph intelligence, behavioral insights, and third-party signals.
• Drive scalable decisioning that improves accuracy, speed, and explainability.
• Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to prioritize investments and drive execution.
• Own measurable improvements in fraud loss, false positives, seller friction, and decision speed.
• Shape Marketplace strategy to enable trusted, sustainable growth.
