AMS Impact Group seeks a Vice President of Schools to lead academic excellence and enrollment growth across its Arkansas portfolio, including Blytheville, AMS Little Rock, and a Fort Smith launch planned for Fall 2027. The role emphasizes strong district leadership and close work with school leaders.

The VP will spend most time in schools and district settings, coaching leaders, ensuring compliance, and driving transformational progress while coordinating with AMS executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience in K–12 education.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations.
• Strong data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Experience navigating state oversight and accountability.
• Ability to travel regularly across Arkansas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead district transformation for Blytheville and AR schools.
• Supervise and develop school leaders and coaches.
• Plan and oversee new school launch in Fort Smith.
• Oversee enrollment growth and family engagement.
• Ensure compliance with charter and state/federal requirements.
