Job summary

Maxwell Bond seeks an accomplished Chief Technology Officer to own the company’s technology strategy and technical direction for cutting-edge humanoid robotics. You will steer long-term architecture, product and R&D directions and lead the engineering organisation across hardware, embedded systems, controls, AI and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in a technical discipline (CS/Robotics/EE)
10+ years in advanced robotics/AI or related field
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering or R&D teams
Proven track record taking robotics tech from research to working systems

Responsibilities

Define long-term technology strategy and R&D roadmap
Lead and develop the engineering organisation across hardware, software, AI and robotics
Set architectural direction and technical standards for the platform
Make major architecture and platform-level decisions
Build and retain a world-class technical leadership team
Represent the company's technology vision to customers, partners, and investors
