Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or advanced professional designation preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience within a third-party administrator (TPA), insurance carrier, risk management organization, or related industry required.
• Significant leadership experience with responsibility for business operations, client relationships, financial performance, and development of organizational strategy required.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing leaders and professional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management and financial accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Risk Management Strategies business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, growth strategies, and financial goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Matrix businesses and ensure messaging addresses client and broker needs.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive profitable growth and service excellence.
• Lead and provide strategic direction to Property and Liability leaders and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve processes and maximize efficiencies.
• Prepare for and participate in presentations to the Board and senior leadership regarding performance, risks, and opportunities.
