Job summary

KNACK Group is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to design and lead a new risk and compliance function for a technology-enabled investment platform. The role integrates regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, governance, controls, and resilience under a single leadership structure.

The successful candidate will build the framework, operating model, and team from a greenfield position, reporting to the CFO and engaging with the Board and Audit & Risk Committee.

Qualifications

• JD required and senior leadership in risk/compliance.
• Proven ownership of regulatory programs in financial services.
• Experience designing enterprise risk frameworks at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance across multi-jurisdictional footprint.
• Design and operate enterprise risk management framework.
• Govern risk governance with the Board and committees.
• Manage risk reporting, issue management, and escalation.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and examinations.
• Build and mentor global risk & compliance teams.
