Qualifications

• Requires extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native technologies and regulatory technology ecosystems.
• Experience leading architecture across financial crimes, regulatory compliance, and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture authority for Financial Crimes, Regulatory Compliance, and Regulatory Change portfolios.
• Define target-state architecture and governing technology strategy across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps for modernization, cloud adoption, and cost optimization.
• Govern enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
• Evaluate and select strategic technology platforms and vendor solutions with TCO in mind.
• Establish architecture governance for SaaS and internally developed solutions across domains.
• Oversee data architecture, including governance, quality, and analytics capabilities leveraging Snowflake and Databricks.
• Drive resiliency, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations, Cyber Security, and Engineering to align tech with regulatory objectives.
