Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in revenue cycle operations.
• Proven experience in managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including claims, denial management, billing, patient access, coding, accounts receivable, days outstanding, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations related to revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the revenue cycle team for optimal performance.
• Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle, including claims, denial management, billing, patient access, coding, accounts receivable, days outstanding, and reconciliation.
• Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to optimize revenue, reduce denials, and improve days outstanding.
• Lead the design and implementation of workflows to improve efficiency in revenue cycle processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue cycle operations with organizational goals.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and take corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to revenue cycle operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue cycle team.
