Based at the corporate Newton office, you will drive data-driven strategy and partnership development to maximize revenue growth and guest engagement.

The role demands executive communication, strategic vision, and a strong track record in hospitality revenue leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, revenue management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success in hospitality, resort, or multi-site consumer-focused environments.
• Proven track record leading multiple revenue-generating functions including marketing, sales, loyalty, and customer engagement.
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans, revenue initiatives and growth strategies.
• Strong experience overseeing development and delivery of a multi-brand hotel portfolio.
• Strong analytical acumen with STR data, CRM analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, annual and multi-year commercial plans with clear targets and growth initiatives.
• Lead integrated commercial strategy across hotel, F&B, groups/events, and ancillary services.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and optimize guest lifetime value.
• Provide leadership and oversight of sales, loyalty, and brand strategy across properties.
