Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Six (6) or more years of related work experience.
• Master's degree preferred; direct experience leading a university research compliance team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise University regarding non-financial research compliance issues and areas of vulnerability.
• Oversee the Research Integrity team and staff.
• Provide review mechanisms for research protocols in compliance with federal requirements.
• Educate researchers, faculty, staff, students, and administrators on regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison to interpret and resolve research compliance issues.
• Coordinate changes in compliance requirements and develop responses.
• Support the VPRED and other divisions on special projects and reports.
