Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Research, you will develop policies, supervise staff, coordinate audits, respond to regulatory inspections, and partner with faculty and administration to advance ethical, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience in research administration or compliance.
• Master's degree or higher in research administration, public health, law, or related field is preferred.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP), CRA, CCRP or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience leading multiple institutional research compliance programs and working with regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the institution's Research Compliance Program.
• Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen research compliance and integrity.
• Advise leadership on regulatory requirements and emerging issues.
• Develop long-term goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee HRPP/IRB, IACUC, Biosafety, COI, Export Controls, and data privacy programs.
