Job summary

Auburn University’s Office of Research Integrity and Compliance is seeking a Research Compliance Analyst to provide leadership in evaluation, analysis, and administrative support for the Research Integrity program. The role ensures compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and university policies related to Responsible Conduct of Research, Research Misconduct, and Conflict of Interest.

• Ability to develop training and education programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory review of protocols and COI disclosures for compliance.
• Provide regulatory advice to investigators and committees including IRB/IACUC/IBC and research administration.
• Lead development, implementation and delivery of education programs to ensure compliance.
• Monitor activities and evaluations of reported concerns for compliance oversight.
• Liaise between faculty, students, staff and the Office of Research Integrity and Compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, tools, and resources based on changing regulatory environment.
• Research background information on compliance topics and prepare confidential reports.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements aligned with the university's strategic plan.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Ethics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields

Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Ethics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields

Terminal degree in Business Administration, Law, Ethics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields
