Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a senior quality leader to own and evolve our quality program in a fast-growing AI healthcare environment. You will lead a Quality team embedded across product groups, shape test strategy, and drive risk-based release planning while aligning with radiologist workflows and customer environments.

You will build a scalable testing platform, define quality metrics, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Clinical to ensure robust, auditable software releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality and test engineering, with 5+ years leading quality teams.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation (E2E, API, desktop/Electron) in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience shifting quality left and defining a long-term quality roadmap.
• Data-driven approach with quality metrics, OKRs, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead one Quality team and embed it within product teams.
• Own the quality system, strategy, risk assessment, tooling, and test environments.
• Incorporate radiologist workflows and customer environments into testing.
• Define release readiness with risk assessments and smoke-test baselines.
• Make quality visible through dashboards and quarterly reviews.
• Hire, coach, and grow quality engineers and manage tooling/vendors.
