Job summary

Vizient seeks a hands‑on AI Quality Engineer to design, develop, and execute advanced AI Quality initiatives across the enterprise. You will shape AI validation, testing frameworks, and runtime observability while guiding cross‑functional teams in healthcare workflow validation.

You will mentor quality engineers, foster modernization of testing practices, and collaborate with AI Engineering, Security, Governance, and Clinical teams to ensure responsible AI deployment and robust production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering or related tech functions.
• Experience leading testing initiatives or automation programs.
• Healthcare/regulated domains experience a plus.
• Experience validating AI-powered applications and AI-enabled workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute AI Quality Engineering strategies for AI-powered applications and enterprise AI platforms.
• Build scalable AI Quality Engineering practices, including AI-native testing and validation processes.
• Lead AI validation activities: functional, prompt, workflow, regression, and release validation.
