Pomelo Care is seeking a Head of Provider Network Strategy to build and scale a high-quality clinician network across the United States. You will own the end-to-end provider lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding through activation, capacity management, performance, and ongoing engagement.

You will design systems and processes that recruit top clinicians quickly while upholding quality, availability, and patient experience.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of operational leadership in marketplace or digital health operations.
• Proven track record scaling 1099 clinician networks with regulatory and compliance awareness.
• Able to turn ambiguity into clear strategy, operating model, and scalable systems.
• Data-driven, with end-to-end funnel metrics ownership and friction diagnosis.
• Experience with onboarding, contracting, credentialing, and physician/provider relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, metrics, and cadence for the full provider lifecycle.
• Design clinician compensation models, tiered incentives, and utilization targets.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract, onboard, and convert clinicians at scale.
• Own the journey from offer acceptance to first patient, reducing time-to-first-patient.
• Unify onboarding across specialties, balancing automation with meaningful human touchpoints.
• Translate forecasts into provider capacity by geography and specialty.
• Set standards for provider quality, engagement, utilization, and patient experience.
• Lead a high-performing provider operations team with clear goals and accountability.
