Coalition for Responsible Community Development seeks a Chief Program Officer to guide long-term strategy across workforce development and housing services in Los Angeles. You will direct program design, ensure alignment with mission, and supervise Directors to foster accountability and growth.

The role requires collaboration with C-Suite, strong governance, data-driven decision making, and the ability to secure and steward funding opportunities for community impact.

• .Must possess managerial and supervisory experience within workforce development or homeless services, including planning and budgeting.

• Oversee program budgets and expenditures to align resources with mission impact and organizational goals.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration between workforce, Housing and Support Services, Case Management, Linkage/Engagement, and Grants/Special Projects.
• Assure that the mission, vision, and core values are represented in planning and daily operation of all programs and services.
• Onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate Department Directors.
• Coordinate and model a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement across programs.
