Job summary

Heaviside Industries seeks an accomplished program leader to own the full lifecycle of DoD-funded programs from prototype demonstrations to production contracts. You will define strategy for loitering-munition-class systems and GPS-denied navigation, while coordinating with SOCOM, Army, and allied offices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management and/or product leadership in defense or aerospace.
• 5+ years as PM of record on funded DoD programs or prototype efforts.
• Fluency in DoD acquisition pathways (MTA/rapid prototyping, OTAs, urgent-needs, FAR-based).
• Experience defining product strategy for fielded defense systems, including upgrades and variants.

Responsibilities

• Own program portfolio end-to-end: cost, schedule, technical performance across all DoD efforts.
• Define and drive product roadmap for loitering-munition-class systems and GPS-denied navigation products.
• Serve as senior execution interface to DoD customers (SOCOM, Army, allied offices).
• Translate requirements into testable product requirements and baselines for engineering.
• Build and lead the program management function with cost/schedule discipline.
