Safe Place for Youth in Venice, CA seeks a Chief Program Officer to lead and oversee the organization’s programming, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and funder objectives while delivering high-quality care to youth.

Reporting to the Co-CEO, the CPO will guide program delivery, manage budgets, supervise staff, and collaborate with partners to expand impact and ensure compliance with performance outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or any related field is required.
• Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Clinical licensure, active license and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is required.
• Two years post licensure, with the ability to supervise licensure hours is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector with diverse groups is required.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex funding sources is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level strategy and oversight to the delivery of services and organizational programming.
• Guide the program culture to align with SPY’s mission.
• Ensure timely hiring, onboarding and training of program staff.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of all programs and services; meet funder and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in strategic growth and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with board and committees; produce reports and presentations.
• Support budget development and fiscal responsibility with the finance team.
• Ensure programs meet KPIs and contractual requirements.
