Job summary

Echoing Hills Village, Inc. seeks an Executive Vice President/Chief Program Officer to guide statewide programs and strategic initiatives. You will lead four regional directors, ensuring person-centered supports, community inclusion, and dignity for those served.

Reporting to the President/CEO, you will drive collaboration, innovation, and high-quality alignment with organizational goals, while operating in a home/hybrid setup with regional travel across Ohio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in I/DD operations with at least 5 years leading strategies and staff operations.
• Master’s degree in human services or business-related fields.
• Regulatory knowledge of federal and state Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Experience in a home office/hybrid environment with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct program operations across four regional directors.
• Ensure programs reflect person-centered supports and community inclusion.
• Foster collaboration, consistency, and innovation aligned with Echoing Hills Village’s values and goals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Represent Echoing Hills Village publicly and internally as executive spokesperson.
