Job summary

Schilit Hillel at University of Florida is seeking a Chief Program Officer to transform student life and lead a mission-driven team in one of the nation's largest campus Jewish communities. You will develop strategies, mentor staff, and manage a growing program and Israel travel initiatives to deepen engagement across the UF Jewish community.

You will articulate a compelling vision, implement data-driven practices, and ensure organizational excellence while building partnerships with campus

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Jewish, experiential, or higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an engagement strategy to expand Hillel’s reach within UF.
• Develop student leadership to ensure diverse opportunities, including community building, Jewish learning, Shabbat and holiday celebrations, social justice, Israel education, and engagement and advocacy.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of 6 full-time professionals.
