You will shape a secure, scalable technology foundation that strengthens operations, client experience, and sustainability, reporting to the CEO and guiding the Executive Leadership Team. The CPTO will oversee enterprise applications, data governance, cybersecurity, systems integration, and emerging technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in a management-level role.
• Proven leadership with a service mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy, architecture, and digital product development.
• Experience with custom software development or major platform implementations; vendor management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity risk management and security standards.
