Job summary

Doxim is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product to transform our enterprise product strategy and portfolio, aligning with evolving regulatory shifts and changing customer habits. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will guide Directors and Managers to drive investment, disciplined execution, and stronger business performance.

This role can be performed remotely from the United States or Canada and requires deep product management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong business and product management knowledge across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in a B2B/SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to translate market changes into investment and execution.
• Manage portfolio priorities and tradeoffs using data on customers, market, and finance.
• Ensure strong product operating model, processes, and governance across discovery to launch.
• Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly to the Board and stakeholders.
• Drive growth, adoption, and retention through effective go-to-market collaboration.
