Job summary

Doxim is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to transform our enterprise product strategy, portfolio, and organization in response to regulatory shifts and evolving customer behavior. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will mentor Product Directors and Managers, translating market changes into focused investments and stronger business outcomes.

This role can be performed remotely from the United States or Canada, with travel across North America as needed and collaboration across R&D,

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing product organization with customer focus and accountability.
• Define and communicate enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Coordinate product management to support ARR, revenue, and EBITDA objectives.
• Balance growth, retention, and value with data-driven investment tradeoffs.
• Establish an effective product operating model and continuous improvement.
