Job summary

Stellarus seeks an accomplished executive to lead the Commercial Product Security organization, shaping enterprise strategy and governance to protect products, data, and digital ecosystems. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal leaders to scale secure-by-design capabilities across healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years of information security, cybersecurity, product security, application security, cloud security, security programs leadership.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large security organizations.
• At least one industry standard certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
• Proven executive leadership in scaling enterprise Product Security programs in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in SSDLC, application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, API security, and software supply chain security.
• Strong knowledge of threat modeling, vulnerability management, penetration testing, secure architecture review.
• Experience securing customer-facing products, digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-native apps.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable security roadmaps, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and operational acumen; budgeting and investments optimization.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; stakeholder management.
