Job summary

Stellarus is seeking an executive Vice President, Product Security to establish and lead the enterprise strategy, governance, and operating model for securing our commercial products and digital platforms. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal to scale secure-by-design capabilities across a diverse healthcare technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 12+ years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, product security, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large security organizations.
• At least one industry-standard certification such as CISSP, CISM or CCSP.
• Proven enterprise Product Security programs leadership in complex, regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in SSDLC, application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, API security and software supply chain security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and platform engineering practices.
• Experience applying frameworks like NIST CSF/SSDF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, OWASP.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise product security strategy and governance model.
• Oversee product security engineering, application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, and related programs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal leaders to embed secure-by-design practices.
• Develop and scale secure-by-design capabilities across Stellarus’ portfolio in highly regulated environments.
