NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Chief Product Officer for a growth-stage enterprise healthcare software company. As a member of the executive team, this leader will shape the company's long-term product vision as AI transforms both its market and the software business itself, then turn that vision into a focused, high-impact roadmap. The role suits a strategic, hands‑on product executive who creates outsized leverage through clear thinking and a small, sharp team rather than a large organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continually refresh a multi‑year view of how AI will change the company’s market and the economics of software, from outcome‑based models to autonomous agents
- Identify what will keep the company defensible over the long term, anchored in proprietary data, continuous learning loops, and deeply embedded workflows
- Work alongside the CEO on where to compete, what to build, buy, or partner on, and how to sequence investment to grow enterprise value
- Advance the company’s AI agents from tools that support users to systems that complete work on their own, with governance customers can trust
- Turn automation and data into insight that helps customer leaders make better operational and financial decisions
- Take ownership of portfolio strategy, packaging, and pricing, positioning the offering as an integrated platform to increase deal size and cross‑sell
- Lead the move toward recurring subscription and outcome‑aligned pricing models
- Guide major new product bets from pilot to proven, referenceable customer success
- Reshape product management as a lean, AI‑native team, and set shared metrics and a working cadence with engineering
- Serve as a credible external voice with senior customer executives through thought leadership, industry events, and customer engagement
- Partner transparently with the board and investors on investment priorities, risks, and tradeoffs
