The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) seeks a Head of Product (HOP) to lead the CoBEES portfolio, oversee CBMS, PEAK, and JAI product teams, and align product strategies with multiple departments. This role requires extensive leadership in technology and product management, with cross-agency collaboration across CDHS, HCPF, and OIT to deliver public-benefit systems.

• Ten years of professional leadership experience in a technology-related role.
• Five+ years of leadership in a technology-related role.
• Experience in product management or IT applications delivery is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CoBEES portfolio, setting vision, strategy, and investment priorities.
• Provide executive leadership to CBMS, PEAK, and JAI product teams.
• Partner with BITS, HIO, OIT, and vendor partners to align strategies.
• Oversee governance across multiple agencies to coordinate priorities.
• Define KPIs and analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
