State of Colorado's Governor's Office of Information Technology seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Resident Services Redesign team. You will lead product strategy at the intersection of software, data, and public service to deliver a unified resident experience.

You will own requirements, drive analytics, and coordinate cross‑agency delivery while shaping a modular data system for benefits programs and applications.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience delivering product management, user experience research & design, software development, or related concepts in complex environments.
• Documented proficiency in working collaboratively with teams across the software development life cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own and iterate detailed product requirements for statewide shared services and components.
• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering, design, security, operations, and agency teams.
• Use analytics, research findings, support trends, and user feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Drive agency adoption and onboarding by clearly articulating the value of statewide shared services, clarifying requirements, validating user journeys, and coordinating launch readiness as more programs come on board.
• Document product decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies.
