Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including healthcare technology products
• Experience operating in complex multi-stakeholder environments with institutional or public-sector buyers
• Demonstrated ability to drive zero-to-one product discovery and build strategic roadmaps
• Direct experience partnering with go-to-market, marketing, or sales teams
• Comfortable in product marketing & client-facing roles with institutional partners
• Strong analytical capability using data to inform strategy and measure impact

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids and public sector partnerships
• Develop and communicate a public sector product strategy and roadmap
• Translate state and community-level challenges into scalable product solutions
• Deliver on program requirements, reporting obligations, language access
• Build foundational product and platform capabilities for state and grant-funded programs
• Support sales conversations and partner discussions with prospective/state partners
• Define and improve metrics like renewal probability, adoption, and utilization
• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Mentor other Product Managers and elevate the product discipline
