Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to lead product planning for web-based enterprise solutions. You will create a product vision, develop launch strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and rollout valuable IT products for Texans.

The role requires mid-level analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, agile practices, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst/Product Manager role.
• Minimum of 7 years working on complex enterprise-wide applications.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Agile software development.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product backlogs and translates strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborates with engineering to deliver features with quick time-to-market.
• Coordinates with HHSC executives, PMs, and SMEs to align roadmaps with goals.
• Provides mid-level analysis of complex processes to meet mandates.
