Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks seeks a Chief Product Officer to set technology direction, shape the portfolio, and provide customer-facing credibility across Beacon EmbeddedWorks and Diamond Technologies. This strategic role focuses on portfolio strategy, risk management, and converting technology investment into measurable commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will drive growth, align partnerships, and guide platform investments to improve revenue, margins, and long-term enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in embedded technology, product or platform leadership, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to link technology decisions to commercial success and long-term value creation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Financial and commercial awareness when evaluating technology investments and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a coherent technology and product portfolio strategy across Beacon and DTI.
• Guide decisions on platform investments, lifecycle management, and build, buy, or partner tradeoffs.
• Promote disciplined portfolio focus on scalable, repeatable solutions while balancing strategic customer needs.
• Serve as a senior technical representative in key customer and partner engagements.
• Translate complex technology decisions into clear, credible value propositions aligned with commercial outcomes.
• Lead strategy with key silicon vendors, platform partners, and development partners.
• Drive alignment between Beacon and DTI on technology direction and platforms while preserving execution ownership within each business.
